Financial assistance for graduating high school seniors enrolling in certain Wisconsin technical colleges in an energy-related field; recipients may elect a one-year technical diploma or two-year associate degree program. WPS also funds a UW-Green Bay Phuture Phoenix Scholarship for a former Phuture Phoenix program participant attending UW-Green Bay.
