Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FundMyFuture ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms.
What FundMyFuture provides
FundMyFuture is a scholarship discovery, tracking, and college planning tool for high school students (grades 9–12). We curate and organize publicly available scholarship information to help students find opportunities they qualify for.
We do not guarantee any scholarship award. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any scholarship organization. Scholarship details (deadlines, amounts, eligibility) can change — always verify directly with the sponsoring organization before applying.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for current high school students in grades 9–12, or parents and guardians acting on their behalf. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should use the Service with parental awareness.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@fundmyfuture.us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Impersonation or creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
Subscription and billing
FundMyFuture offers a free tier (limited to browsing a subset of scholarships) and a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed at checkout.
Paid subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Profile tab. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
Refund requests submitted within 7 days of a charge will be honored. Contact info@fundmyfuture.us.
Acceptable use
You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, copy, or redistribute scholarship data in bulk; (b) attempt to access accounts other than your own; (c) use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission; (d) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (e) use automated tools to interact with the Service.
Intellectual property
The FundMyFuture name, logo, and original content are owned by FundMyFuture. Scholarship descriptions are aggregated from public sources. You may not reproduce or redistribute FundMyFuture's original content without permission.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNDMYFUTURE'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FUNDMYFUTURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF SCHOLARSHIPS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Illinois.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
