Limit Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Your right to limit

Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to direct businesses to limit their use of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide you the requested service.

FundMyFuture already limits sensitive information to service-necessary purposes by default. We use sensitive information only for scholarship matching — never for analytics, marketing, profiling, or third-party sharing.

This form records your explicit preference so it is documented and auditable, and ensures the limit is enforced even if our practices change.

What sensitive information we have

The following categories may qualify as sensitive personal information under CPRA:

• iScholarship interest categories — Heritage/Diversity and Faith-Based interest tags (used only for scholarship matching)
• iAcademic scores — GPA, SAT/ACT scores (used only for scholarship eligibility filtering)
• iAccount credentials — Password (stored as a one-way hash we cannot read — used only for authentication)
