Wisconsin Rural Opportunities Foundation Premier Scholarship

Seniors who have lived in rural Wisconsin (population 25,000 or less) for at least two years, attend a Wisconsin school, have financial need, plan to pursue a field supporting rural economies (agriculture, healthcare, large-animal veterinary, environmental/sustainable practices), and intend to RETURN to rural Wisconsin after graduation; two recommendation letters.
