Wisconsin Statute 321.40 benefit for actively drilling Wisconsin National Guard members in good standing at the time of application and end of term; usable at UW System schools, Minnesota schools under the WI-MN tuition reciprocity agreement, or other interstate-agreement schools; cannot be combined with the Wisconsin VetEd benefit for the same term; applicant must not be delinquent on child support.
