Senior whose parent or legal guardian is an active member in good standing of Vernon Electric Cooperative; one winner is drawn per area high school (Aquinas, Brookwood, Cashton, Central, De Soto, Hillsboro, Kickapoo, La Farge, Luther, Sparta, Viroqua, Westby, Cornerstone Christian, Royal, Wonewoc-Center, Youth Initiative and at-large), plus three additional at-large draws.
