For students planning a career as a first responder - firefighter, police officer, paramedic, or EMT. Requires a letter of request of 1,000 words or less describing the reason for seeking the scholarship, educational and employment goals, and how the award would help. Offered twice yearly to coincide with fall-winter and spring-summer semesters.
