Graduating senior whose parent/guardian has been an RTC customer for a minimum of 3 consecutive years within RTC's service area (and continues to be during the scholarship); applicant must be in the upper 50% of the graduating class, of high moral character, meet university entrance requirements; requires transcript, ACT/SAT scores, SAR, acceptance letter, and a photo. Pays $1,000/long semester up to $4,000 total over 4 consecutive semesters, contingent on maintaining a 2.75 institutional college GPA.
