Stars Scholarship Fund

U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent address (5+ consecutive years) in one of 30 named South/West Texas counties (see counties); completed at least 12 undergraduate credit hours at a U.S. accredited college/university with a 2.7+ cumulative GPA; high school diploma or equivalent completed; enrolled in a 2-yr community college, 4-yr undergraduate, or graduate program; requires a 1-page (minimum) typed personal statement, official transcript, and Student Aid Report.
