To apply for the Harlan & Emma Jane Peterson Memorial Scholarship, you must be a graduating senior or alumnus of a Hamilton County high school from Otis, Bluff, or the east portion of South Platte precincts (Hordville area) for three or more years pursuing a four-year degree, full-time, at an accredited college. Preference given to a student pursuing a teaching degree.
