Eligibility & requirements

To apply for the Phillips Community Scholarship, you must be a graduating senior or current college freshman who will or has graduated from a Hamilton County high school pursuing a two or four-year degree, part or full-time, at an accredited college. Students must live or have lived in the Phillips Fire District (Zip Code 68865). Preference given to students who have performed community service work in the Phillips community.
