Open to applicants graduating high school or completing a GED who lived in public or private foster care for the 12 consecutive months before/including their 18th birthday, OR were adopted/placed into legal guardianship from foster care after their 13th birthday, OR were orphaned for at least one year by their 18th birthday; must be accepted to or expect acceptance to an accredited, Pell-eligible institution.
