Eligibility & requirements
Nonresident first-time college freshman entering Fall 2027 (U.S. citizen or permanent resident; online/distance students excluded); awarded automatically on academic merit with no separate application; applies to the nonresident portion of tuition; renewable with a 2.75 GPA. Must declare the University of Missouri first choice with NMSC (declare by May 1 for an additional $1,000).
