Resident of the Floyd Valley Healthcare service area (Gehlen/Spalding Catholic, Le Mars Community, Remsen St. Mary's, MMCRU, Akron-Westfield, Hinton, Kingsley-Pierson districts) pursuing a health-related career in active patient care; two awards for high school graduates and two for current students or adults returning to a health career; three reference letters and transcript required.
