U.S. citizen dependent of a current North West REC member who is a high school senior in the co-op's service territory and plans to enroll full time at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school; selection combines SAT/ACT scores, GPA, work experience, school and community activities, a career-goals statement and a third-party reference.
