Current or former Missouri 4-H member, high school senior or higher, minimum 2.50 GPA (unless donor specifies otherwise), planning to enroll in the fall; one common application with essays, scored 70% 4-H achievement, 20% financial need, 10% goals; enrolling at an accredited 4-year college or university (not limited to Missouri schools); ranked preference 1) Johnson County, 2) West Central Region, 3) statewide.
