Eligibility & requirements
For children or stepchildren of WVRWA voting member full-time system employees who are 26 or younger by September 1 and will attend an accredited four-year, two-year, vocational-technical or graduate school in the fall, with priority (but not limited) to water/wastewater related studies; applicants are screened on leadership in community and school activities and GPA, then selected on academics, activities, career goals and financial need, and must maintain a 2.0 GPA to receive the second semester payment.
