Eligibility & requirements
Each head football coach may nominate ONE outstanding senior from their team. Selection weighs personal achievement (leadership, community contributions), academic achievement (minimum 3.0 GPA by end of junior year), and athletic achievement (varsity participation, sportsmanship, ability). Requires a head-coach essay on why the nominee deserves selection. The 11-member team is announced at the WFCA Hall of Fame banquet and honored at a recognition event.
