General education scholarships available to graduating high school seniors, offered by the statewide association alongside local co-op scholarships. WECA also runs the Youth Leadership Conference for high school students with family members belonging to a Wisconsin electric cooperative, and elects a youth board that attends the Washington D.C. Youth Tour.
