Graduating high school senior whose household is an active Cooperative Light & Power member, enrolling full-time (12+ credits) at a college or vocational-technical school, with a 2.5+ GPA, community involvement, an essay, and two recommendation letters; four awards go to Two Harbors and William Kelley HS students and two to students from other schools.
