Eligibility & requirements
Open to all West Virginia high school seniors, who submit an original essay of no more than four pages on the year's announced disability-history topic (2021 topic: Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973); entries are sorted into six state districts. The copy on this district site is the 2021 edition, whose entry deadline was March 22, 2021.
