Valley High School seniors with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above pursuing post-secondary education in social services, mental health, psychology, nursing, education or first-responder training (firefighter, EMT, law enforcement, 911 dispatcher); requires volunteer history, three recommendations, a 1-2 page essay and a letter of acceptance.
