A senior graduating from any in-person, on-site accredited High School in Cumberland County. Attend a four accredited college or university on-site within six months of graduation; At least one parent/legal guardian of the applicant must be employed by 501(c )3 public charity in Cumberland County. Priority: demonstrates values, character, strong work ethic and academic achievement.
