Graduating high school senior at a participating St. Charles-area high school planning to attend St. Charles Community College full time, each participating high school nominates/awards one student, paid as $500 per semester (up to $1,000 per year) while the student stays eligible, apply through the high school counseling office (deadline set by the school, e.g. March 15 at Wentzville).
