Must be a high school senior whose parent/legal guardian is a Spoon River Electric Cooperative member, not selected as a Scholastic or Scott Parrish Memorial Scholarship semi-finalist; awarded by drawing at the Annual Meeting where applicant and parent/guardian must be present.
