Eligibility & requirements
Applicant must be the child of a Kentucky Farm Bureau member and remain one while the scholarship is in force, finish high school in the year they apply, enter college as a beginning freshman by the fall after graduation and keep a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5; the applicant's parent or guardian must be a member of Shelby County Farm Bureau. $2,500 to one student who is a resident of Shelby County and attends a Kentucky accredited high school (public or private) or home school. Student must major in agriculture or a related field. Preference will be given to a student who plans to attend the University of Kentucky.
