Provides tuition assistance to academically talented but financially needy students attending a private high school, secondary school, or college. Applicants must be a current or former resident of Key Biscayne, have a parent who works on Key Biscayne, or be recommended by a Key Biscayne resident as an exceptionally gifted student, and must be a U.S. citizen with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
