Eligibility & requirements

Woodstock or Woodstock North HS senior who, after significant early struggles, has shown marked academic improvement and desire to pursue further education/training; unusually, applicants must hold a GPA of 3.0 OR LOWER (unweighted 4.0 scale) — a ceiling, not a minimum, since this award targets improvement rather than top performers.
