Graduating senior who attended Rockford Public Schools (District 205) or Boylan Catholic HS all 4 years; minimum 3.0 GPA; live within City of Rockford limits (or attend RPS205); Pell Grant and IL MAP Grant eligible (FAFSA required); covers tuition at NIU, Rockford University, Rock Valley College, or Saint Anthony College of Nursing.
