Eligibility & requirements
A Van Buren County Community High School graduate who is a county resident; no preference for junior college, college or university training and not based on academic rank. Funds are paid $1,000 in year one, $1,500 in year two, $2,000 in year three and $2,500 in year four, with no third- and fourth-year funds for two-year programs.
