Current high school seniors whose parent or legal guardian is an active member and bona fide resident of Riverland Energy Cooperative; the applicant or a parent/guardian must be present at the cooperative annual meeting, where recipients are drawn at random. Selected in a random drawing from all scholarship applicants.
