Eligibility & requirements

Two (2) Scholarships at $500. Application must contain the signatures of both parents/guardians – an explanation of missing signatures is required. In the event the recipient does not attend school, they MUST return the scholarship award to the “PHS Class of 1948”. Scholarship is based on academics, activities, and financial need (emphasis placed on financial need).
