Eligibility & requirements
Two $1,000 scholarships. First consideration is given to an international student and to a welded-metal sculptor. If there is no qualified applicant for one of those two purposes, the full amount may fund multiple scholarships in the other. If there are no qualified applicants for either purpose, the scholarship goes to the general Troy Foundation applicant pool. Tuition use only; unused amount returns to the fund.
