Scholarships are awarded to a graduating high school senior or undergraduate college student (sophomore, junior, or senior year). At least one award goes to a Fredericktown HS graduate pursuing Education, at least one to any Knox County HS graduate pursuing Education, and at least one to a graduate of any high school pursuing Law Enforcement or Pre-Law.
