Owen Electric Cooperative Annual Meeting Scholarship

Student, or their parent or guardian, must be an Owen Electric Cooperative member at their principal residence and the student must be entering their freshman year or higher of post-secondary education (graduate school excluded); the entry must be submitted in person at the Annual Business Meeting and the applicant must be present with a registered parent or guardian for the drawing.
