OSU's most prestigious, competitive automatic admission-based scholarship for current Oregon resident high school seniors attending an Oregon high school, applying to OSU's Corvallis or Bend campuses, with a minimum 3.85 unweighted (or 4.20 weighted) HS GPA; holistic review, no separate application; apply by Feb 1.
