Eligibility & requirements

Applicants must be the child, grandchild or legal ward of a South Central Power member receiving service and reside in the member's home within the cooperative's 24-county Ohio service territory (Community Scholarship applicants need only live in a county served by South Central Power). Graduating seniors who demonstrate resilience, potential, creativity and practical, artistic, service or personal achievements not reflected by standard academic metrics.
