Eligibility & requirements
Applicant must be the child of a disabled parent, or a disabled child themselves, seeking a degree in a disability-related field (medical, special education, social services, therapy, or mental health); must attend an in-state Missouri college/vocational program (or one that does not charge Missouri residents out-of-state tuition) full-time; $500/semester up to 10 semesters; 2.0 GPA minimum; applicant must be beginning college between ages 18-25.
