Oklahoma Army National Guard recruiting/benefits letter (not a school-administered scholarship): enlistees receive 100% free college tuition and fees up to a Master's degree, a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, and student loan repayment up to $50,000, in exchange for part-time service (1 weekend/month + 2 weeks/summer). Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident age 17-35.
