Eligibility & requirements
Must be an Ohio resident, child of a deceased or severely disabled Ohio veteran who served during a declared war or conflict, enrolled for full-time undergraduate study pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree at an eligible Ohio college or university, and between ages 16 and 24 at time of application.
