Child, spouse, or qualified former spouse of peace officers, firefighters, or safety officers killed in the line of duty, or child/spouse of armed services member killed in line of duty during Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, or a designated combat zone; must be Ohio resident; must be pursuing associate's, bachelor's degree, or certificate program.
