Eligibility & requirements
Graduating high school senior whose parent or legal guardian has been a member in good standing of OAPSE/AFSCME (Local 4/AFL-CIO) for one year (or signed up at first opportunity after hire); must intend to enroll full-time in a 2- or 4-year college/university or accredited business/technical/trade school. Any field of study. At least one $2,500 award per OAPSE district statewide.
