High school seniors who live in a household served by North Georgia EMC (an NGEMC member) in Catoosa, Chattooga, Floyd, Gordon, Murray, Walker or Whitfield County. One $2,500 Chairman's Memorial Scholarship is awarded per county. Children of NGEMC employees are not eligible.
