High school seniors who are active participants of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, Cardinal Ritter College Prep, College Bound, Jennings High School, KIPP St. Louis, St. Louis Internship Program, The Little Bit Foundation, UMSL Bridge Program, or Wyman's Teen Leaders, graduating from a high school in the program's St. Louis-region service area; FAFSA required; funds usable at nonprofit Missouri colleges and select Illinois institutions.
