Eligibility & requirements
During his lifetime, Neil Tepper worked in a wide range of creative and executive fields, which included consultant, life coach and author. The Neil Tepper Scholarship Fund was established in March 2012 with the purpose to provide scholarships to residents of Hawai'i demonstrating financial need and academic merit, and attending an accredited institution in pursuit of a four-year college degree.
