The student must be a North Carolina High School senior and participating in a school curriculum that involves health care activities and will be enrolling in a post high school nursing program. Exhibits evidencing notable achievements in scholarship, leadership, athletics, dramatics, community service or other activities may be uploaded at the time of submission of application.
