Eligibility & requirements
High school junior or senior who is a current OFFICER of their school's student council (with an active NASC affiliation) and an NASC student account holder verified by their council adviser, planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. college/university, military institute, or trade school; selected as a National Winner. Includes an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, DC (Late February 2027) for the winner and their adviser.
