Open exclusively to Modern Woodmen MEMBER students who are high school seniors graduating between January 1 and August 31 of the award year. Judged by an independent panel on academic achievement and volunteer service. The nation is divided into six regions with roughly equal eligible populations; 33 winners are selected per region. Administered with Scholarship America.
