Eligibility & requirements
High school senior who resides on Licking Valley RECC lines (or whose parents/guardians' primary residence is) and will enroll in an accredited university, vocational or training institution; requires an essay on 'The Advantages and Disadvantages of Electric Vehicles', a transcript with ACT/SAT scores and two letters of recommendation. Immediate family of employees, directors or managers and previous winners are ineligible.
