Eligibility & requirements

High school senior or college freshman through senior in good standing attending an accredited community college, four-year college or university in Kentucky, who is a family member of someone currently involved in the transportation industry, with a minimum 2.5 GPA and plans to enroll in 12 or more credit hours per semester (waived for CDL, diesel tech or other technical certification).
